Join us for a late-night evening of all things Parisien - unfiltered Gauloises, Serge Gainsbourg, and libations & morsels inspired by the bistros of Paris featuring bites from Chef Lawrence Kocurek and Pastry Chef Janina O’Leary.  Your reservation also includes French-inspired cocktails from W Austin libationist Joyce Garrison, along with French wines & beer. Special appearance by pastry chef extraordinare, Pichet Ong.

Le menu...Snails Variations, Foie Gras Mousse Doughnuts, Quail Eggs Caviar “Toad in the Hole”, Crispy Frogs Legs with Garlic & Parsley, Raw Bar Station, Charcuterie, Rillettes, Pâté Maison, Pâté de Campagne, Duck Bacon, Cured Meats, Savory Tarts, Smoked Beef Tongue, Blood Sausage Variations, Beef Tartare, Salmon Tartare  Cornettes, Assorted Cheeses Gougeres, with sweet bites to include: Éclairs, Macaroons, Tartes Assorties and Gateaux.

$75 per person, inclusive of food, beverage, tax, gratuity, and entertainment.
