Last Sunday we participated in the very popular Austin Bacon & Beer Festival. (How could it NOT be popular, featuring two of our favorite treats?) This was our second year doing the sold-out event and we had a blast mixing and mingling with fellow meat lovers.

This year we made BACONNOLI: that's right, bacon cannoli. We used bacon whipped cannoli filling, crunchy bacon bits, caramel drizzle, and sweet bacon powder to perfect our creation. It was pretty crazy, and very delicious if we do say so ourselves.

We're already looking forward to Bacon & Beer 2016!
